I completed Day 3 of the Couch-to-5k running program today. It was definitely the hardest day so far, most likely because it was hotter out than the other 2 days. My biggest issue, though, is that my calves seem to tighten up pretty quickly. I’m going to make sure to take more time to stretch next time I run, so hopefully that will help things.

cdevroe: A thoughtful piece on providing REST using Code Igniter. I really like the way they’ve handled routes. Good find by Colin—REST routes are so much nicer (and make more sense), and it’s something I was missing in CodeIgniter.
